Speculation is rife that Kate Middleton and Prince William are already planning to expand their family

‘It’s important to Kate for her own children to have a similar bond with their siblings, and she knows it’s more likely to happen if they’re close in age.’

The outlet’s source claims there’s a chance Kate, 36, could already be pregnant.

‘Kate is showing all the signs of pregnancy and she and William have always said they wanted four children to complete their family. Actually, William would like to have five kids — but Kate thinks four is enough!’

Could Kate Middleton and Prince William be expecting another child? Here’s what we know so far.

Is Kate Middleton pregnant again?

Sources speculate that Kate Middleton is already pregnant with her fourth child. According to Life & Style, the Duchess of Cambridge is showing signs that there’s a bun in the oven.

‘She’s wearing loose-fitted clothing again, avoiding alcohol, and craving curry, which she often does when pregnant,’ Life & Style’s source explains.

‘Although Kate’s currently on maternity leave, she had the option of making an appearance at Prince Charles’ 70th birthday party in late May, but one of the reasons for her not attending was that she was exhausted and felt sick.’

Kate’s been known to suffer from morning sickness.

As for feeling overwhelmed by becoming a family of six, Life & Style’s sources say she’s got plenty of helping hands.

‘Kate has plenty of help,’ the insider said. ‘[Her mother], Carole Middleton, often comes to London to look after the grandkids and they would also look into hiring an assistant nanny for Maria [Teresa Turrion Borrallo].’

Kate Middleton surrogate

After Princess Charlotte’s birth it was rumored that Kate Middleton had enlisted the help of a surrogate to have her second child.

According to Closer Online, the rumors originated because some people felt the Duchess looked too good when she appeared outside the Lindo Wing of London’s St Mary’s Hospital on May 2, 2015.

Russian newspaper Komsomolskaya Pravda spoke with one conspiracy theorist who said: ‘It was a surrogate mother who gave birth but not her. Kate must have been wearing a fake belly showing to the people that she was pregnant.’

Another source said: ‘She did not give birth, I am sure. There is no special maternal look in her eyes — this natural thing is not visible.’

The conspiracy theory wasn’t acknowledged by the palace and didn’t resurface with Prince Louis.
